Preface

This numeric data package was originally published in January of 1988, and included a printed document, and a magnetic tape. The magnetic tape contained five data files: a descriptive file, a fortran retrieval code to read and print the GEOSECS radiocarbon data files for the Atlantic, Pacific, and Indian Oceans; and the Mediterranean Sea, the GEOSECS Atlantic Ocean radiocarbon data, the GEOSECS Pacific Ocean radiocarbon data, and the GEOSECS Indian Ocean and Mediterranean Sea radiocarbon data.

Although this online version of NDP027 varies slightly from the original publication format, it provides comparable information. The data files have not changed, and are provided in their origional format. The major difference is that this electronic version does not include the following literature originally published within the printed documentation:
