Time Series

The time series data, collected between 1975 and 1993, includes ocean currents, temperature, salinity, and pressure measured typically at successive times, spaced at uniform time intervals.

Character 'U' means the east-west component of current velocity.
(Positive U value indicates eastward flow).
Character 'V' means the north-south component of current velocity.
(Postivie 'V' value indicates northward flow).
Character 'P' means water pressure in dB.
Character 'T' means water temperature in degree C.
Character 'S' means water salinity in PPT.
