ACCOMODATION

Three hotels close to the venue have been reserved at discounted rates for participants. Due to the tourist season during the period, it is essentialto make a reservation by the deadline of July 31, 1998 by paying one day'saccommodation charges in advance as a deposit.

Booking after July 31, 1998 is subject to availability and at prevailing rates.
All room rates are for double occupancy and all rooms are air conditioned unless stated.
Transport from the Hotel Cidade de Goa and the International Centre to the venue will be provided by the organisers.

Hotel Prainha: located about 200m from the venue with a beautiful bay view. Rate Rs. 2000/day (equivalent to US$ 50/day) and for non-air conditioned room Rs. 1400/day (equivalent to US$ 35/day).
Hotel Cidade de Goa: 5-star Hotel with a nice beach located about 1 km from the venue. Rate US$ 130/day (for foreigners) and Rs. 4000/day (for Indian Nationals) inclusive of breakfast.
International Centre (Govt. of India): Located about 2 km from the venue overlooking the Zuari river and Mormugao Harbour. Rate Rs. 700/day (equivalent to US$ 17.5 /day) .
