PACKAGE DESCRIPTION: This dataset includes biological, chemical, discrete sample, optical, physical and profile data collected from Investigator in the Indian Ocean from 2015-03-21 to 2015-03-30. These data include ABSORPTION - SCATTERING - ATTENUATION COEFFICIENTS, CHLOROPHYLL, CHLOROPHYLL A, DISSOLVED INORGANIC CARBON (DIC), DISSOLVED ORGANIC MATTER, DISSOLVED OXYGEN, FLUORESCENCE, HYDROSTATIC PRESSURE, LIGHT TRANSMISSION, NITRATE, PARTICULATE ORGANIC CARBON, PARTICULATE ORGANIC NITROGEN (PON), PHOTOSYNTHETIC ACTIVE RADIATION (PAR), PIGMENTS, Potential temperature (theta), SALINITY, TOTAL ALKALINITY (TA), WATER TEMPERATURE, diatom, phosphate and silicate. The instruments used to collect these data include CTD, PAR Sensor, bottle and transmissometer.
