PACKAGE DESCRIPTION: This dataset includes chemical, discrete sample, physical and profile data collected from MARION DUFRESNE in the Indian Ocean and Savu Sea from 1989-07-30 to 1989-09-09 and retrieved during cruise JADE 1-MD 62. These data include CHLOROFLUOROCARBON-11 (CFC-11), DELTA CARBON-14, DELTA HELIUM-3, DISSOLVED INORGANIC CARBON (DIC), DISSOLVED OXYGEN, HYDROSTATIC PRESSURE, NITRATE, PHOSPHATE, Potential temperature (theta), SALINITY, SILICATE, TOTAL ALKALINITY (TA), Tritium (Hydrogen isotope) and WATER TEMPERATURE. The instruments used to collect these data include CTD and bottle. These data were collected by Michele Fieux of Universite Pierre et Marie Curie; Institut Pierre Simon Laplace; Laboratoire D'Oceanographie et du Climat: Experimentations et Approches Numeriques and Alain Poisson of Universite Pierre et Marie Curie; Laboratoire de Biogeochimie et Chimie Marines as part of the JADE_1989 data set.
