PACKAGE DESCRIPTION: This dataset includes chemical, discrete sample, physical and profile data collected from R/V Pelagia cruise along the CLIVAR Repeat Section AR07E (EXPOCODE 64PE20070830) in the North Atlantic Ocean from 2007-08-30 to 2007-09-27. These data include dissolved inorganic carbon, total alkalinity, oxygen, silicate, nitrate, phosphate, potential temperature (theta), salinity, and temperature. The instruments used to collect these data include alkalinity titrator, CTD, Coulometer for DIC measurement and bottle. These data were collected by Steven van Heuven and Geert-Jan A. Brummer of Netherlands Institute for Sea Research as part of the CLIVAR_AR07E_2007 dataset. The International CLIVAR Global Ocean Carbon and Repeat Hydrography Program carries out a systematic and global re-occupation of select WOCE/JGOFS hydrographic sections to quantify changes in storage and transport of heat, fresh water, carbon dioxide (CO2), and related parameters.
