PACKAGE DESCRIPTION: This dataset includes discrete sample and profile data collected during a NOAA Ship Ronald H. Brown cruise along the CLIVAR Repeat Hydrography Section A10 (EXPOCODE 33RO20110926) in the South Atlantic Ocean from 2011-09-26 to 2011-10-31. These data include measurements of dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC), pH on SWS, total alkalinity, chlorofluorocarbons (CFC-11, CFC-12), sulfur hexafluoride (SF6), dissolved organic carbon (DOC), total dissolved nitrogen (TDN), delta carbon 14, delta carbon 13, temperature, salinity, dissolved oxygen, silicate, nitrate, nitrite, phosphate, carbon tetrachloride and theta. The instruments used to collect these data include Alkalinity titrator, CTD, coulometer for DIC measurement, Niskin bottles and pH sensors. The International CLIVAR Global Ocean Carbon and Repeat Hydrography Program carries out a systematic and global re-occupation of select WOCE/JGOFS hydrographic sections to quantify changes in storage and transport of heat, fresh water, carbon dioxide (CO2), and related parameters.
