OAP Data Management Documents

When you prepare your OAP proposals, please attach one or more of the applicable forms as listed below:

• Form 100: OAP Data Management Agreement is required for all proposals submitted to NOAA Ocean Acidification Program (OAP).
• Form 200: Extension for Data Submission is needed, if you do not expect to meet the data submission deadline. The deadline to submit your data is two years after your project end date, or before a paper is published using these data, whichever is sooner.
• Form 300: Waiver to OAP Data management requirement is needed if you do not plan to send any data to NOAA/National Centers for Environmental Information (NCEI) through the Ocean Acidification Data Stewardship (OADS) Project.
• Form 400: Past performance in OAP Data Management is required, if any investigator on the proposal was funded by NOAA/Ocean Acidification Program (OAP) before.
