Source: NCCOS Data Manager, US DOC; NOAA; NOS; National Centers for Coastal
Ocean Science (NCCOS), submitted data and metadata to NCEI in submission
package 0EJGCT via Send2NCEI (S2N).

Actions: An automated procedure copied the files from the submission package
into this accession. The zipped data files were retrieved via FTP and unzipped.
A metadata record in ISO 19115-2 XML format was also generated from the information
provided by the submitter and was copied into this accession. The data producer also
provided a revised CSV data file via email. NCEI created a copy of the BrowseGraphic.jpg
that was provided by NCCOS.

'negotiable' information between NCEI staff and the data provider.
