1. The fragments were exposed to homogenates of corals showing signs of white band disease following this protocol: Rosales S, Palacio-Castro AM. Homogenate of A. cervicornis protocol. 2024 Apr. doi:10.17504/protocols.io.4r3l248xpg1y/v1

2. The goal is to estimate if a treatment affects survival probability, not what specific coral survived or died. I am attaching the raw data. The data dictionary is in the same file.
