Source: NCCOS Data Manager, US DOC; NOAA; NOS; National Centers for Coastal
Ocean Science (NCCOS), submitted data and metadata to NCEI in submission
package ANR5KW via Send2NCEI (S2N). The data provider also submitted an 
updated metadata file via email.

Actions: An automated procedure copied the files from the submission package
into this accession. A metadata record in ISO 19115-2 XML format was also
generated from the information provided by the submitter and was copied into
this accession. The data provider also submitted an updated version of 
"DataDocumentation.pdf", which NCEI used to replace the original file of the 
same name in data/0-data/NCCOS_USVI_Resiliance_GIS_Products. This is documented 
in about/0-email.txt. Zipped directories were created [retained] for GIS files
at the submitters request, to facilitate user download.
