Please also submit the MSR data to NCEI in accordance with the attached consent letter (6ii and page 4 Annex A) and note that the data format requested from Annex A includes: All data submitted to NCEI via S2N must be in computer machine-readable non-commercial digital data formats such as Comma-Separated Values (CSV), American Standard Code for Information Interchange (ASCII), Network Common Data Form (NetCDF), and Hierarchical Data Format (HDF), with representation of variable metadata/attributes (e.g., variable names and units). Please note that data in commercial proprietary file formats, including Matlab (mat), are not currently accepted by NCEI for long-term archival and access. Thank you again for reaching out. However, although I tried to submit our data through S2N, I cannot continue after choosing " I accept the terms and conditions of the User Agreement" in the "Submit Data: User Agreement" page (please see attached TIF). Thus, I am now asking to "NCEI" how to handle this problem.
