Source: Data provider, Andrew N. Shepard, NOAA/NURC sent data and
metadata files to the NOAA Coral Reef Information System (CoRIS)
project. CoRIS staff updated metadata and forwarded dive narrative,
video and image files to NODC for archiving.

Data are from multiple dives during the Islands in the Stream 2001 expedition
which was funded by the National Oceanographic and Atmospheric
Administration's (NOAA) Undersea Research Program, NOAA Fisheries (also
primary sponsor of the Oculina Geographic Information System, OGIS),
NOAA Ocean Service, NOAA Ocean Exploration Program, the U.S. Geological
Survey (USGS) Coastal and Marine Geology Program, Harbor Branch
Oceanographic Institution (HBOI) and Florida State University.

Actions:
NODC staff copied digital image, video and metadata files to data/0-
data/ directory.

  a geographical position of the bounding area where these data were collected (longitude in

  for each dive are listed in the file.
