I have put three tarfiles with netCDF files into pub/incoming/jrelph
along with a text file (historical-ncei.txt) describing
- what to expect when you extract the tar files
- things I've seen in your tar files that suggest ways to clean up in the
   3 ship directories of historical data.

Let me know if you have any questions - you might well!
or maybe you've done enough of these (UHDAS data submissions)
that it is all familiar by now.
