Source: NCCOS Data Manager, US DOC; NOAA; NOS; National Centers for Coastal
Ocean Science (NCCOS), submitted data and metadata to NCEI in submission
package G13EGR via Send2NCEI (S2N) and data files were transferred to NCEI via
the NCEI FTP. A replacement DataDocumentation.pdf files was sent via email from 
the data submitter. 

Actions: NCEI pulled the zipped data files from the NCEI FTP, unzipped them, and copied
them into this accession. The GIS data files will remain zipped for archive for the ease 
of user download. A metadata record in ISO 19115-2 XML format was also
generated from the information provided by the submitter and was copied into
this accession. The updated DataDocumentation file replaced the outdated one and
was added to the package and made section 508 compliant by NCEI.

'negotiable' information between NCEI staff and the data provider.

  Contains sample collection area bounding coordinates for these data. 
  Each row contains the geographical position (longitude in the left column
  and latitude in the right column, both in degrees).

  The four dots represent the bounding area coordinates for these data. 
  Data were collected within the box that they represent. Individual sample 
  locations are not represented.

  E-mail from personnel notifying NCEI that they sent their a replacement DataDocumentation.pdf
