I did hear back from Kevin O’Brien, but I am still locked out of SOCAT, so I am attaching the files here.  
Yes, please include these under the ASV page, with a similar format to the other Saildrone missions.  The third group down on this site has the two drones from the same year and region in the same block (North and Tropical Pacific Ocean had Saildrone 1005 and 1006).  The Alaska deployments had two Saildrones per mission and we would like the same format.  3 blocks for the three years with 2 drones per year.  
There are data from 6 different Saildrones with 3 files per drone (data.csv file, QFLog.csv file, .xml file) for a total of 18 files.
Please let me know if you need anything else for the archival.
