Key , Alex Kozyr - NOAA Affiliate , Nico Lange , Toste Tanhua , avelo@iim.csic.es , elisa.fguallart@ieo.es Dear All, I hope this email finds all of you in good health, maybe confined at home! I think we can start constructing the CARIMED  data base and upload information into OCADS at least for the initial CSV files and the Cruise Original table (Attached) all the info for each cruise is here https://www.dropbox.com/sh/42oaomrk8zm1smj/AAD-72yk-laU4hwubvFE5NJGa?dl=0 each folder (cruise) contains - folder with reports and publications - folder with initial unmerged, unformatted, bl bla.. data for physical and chemistry data - csv file, we used Anton's tool to get from xlsx to CSV - matlab file containing the csv file (all of them have the same number of rows.. variables ) - map in tiff format - readme txt with metadata that it is already contained in the csv file First QC is done... I am still working in cruise 46-CRELEV that I received last week... and I will probably go back to some original data with issues related to the flags... we are only using 2 (good), 3 (probably bad) .. My plan is to finish this part next week although I will be on a cruise Please have a look and tell me if you need something else from me regarding any extra information about the cruises or the file formats, or if I should do something else I know this step will take time.. but definitely less that it took to format the collected cruise best regards Marta and co
