OK, here is the link: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/19F9UQci-vZqNkLLw3nSL8dadMFYVGa66?usp=sharing. You should see all remaining files except for the Excel file, which I am attaching herein. What I have done is added additional worksheets to the Excel file. The first worksheet explains the submission (types of files), the second worksheet includes the GPS coordinates, the third worksheet features the terms, and then the last three worksheets are the actual data. 

There will then be: 2 PDFs, one Excel file, one fasta file (a txt file I forgot about before), 2 RAW files, 2 MZML files, and 2 MZID files (another open-access file type)=10 files. 

There is the weird catch 22 that I don’t want to publish the article until I get the accession, but then I want to make sure the NCEI submission includes the final version of the article (these are just proofs so far). So right before it goes “live” and gets an accession, I’ll tell the journal to include the accession, then they’ll publish the final, formal version of the article, and then I’ll re-send it to you.
