Hi Alex,

I recently realised that everything hosted at NCEI is officially Public Domain, but you have the option to set CC-BY licences for certain datasets. Could you add a CC/BY 4.0 Attribution International Licence for the SOCAT and GLODAP datasets please? I don't know if there's anything special I need to do for this, so let me know if you need anything...
