Science Center (NMFS/PIFSC), submitted data and metadata to NCEI in submission
package 9NGWAD via Send2NCEI (S2N).

Actions: An automated procedure copied the files from the submission package
into this accession. A metadata record in ISO 19115-2 XML format was also
generated from the information provided by the submitter and was copied into
this accession.  At the request of the data provider NCEI staff replaced the
original data file with an updated one, copied two *.xml metadata files into
this accession package, added a quality control *.pdf document, and added
a data dictionary.  All of these additions and changes are covered in 0-email.txt
and 1-email.txt in the about/ directory of this accession.
