Source: Charles Featherstone - NOAA Federal Atlantic Oceanographic and Meteorological Laboratory, 
submitted these data to NCEI via email on February 21, 2020.  

Action(s): The original data and metadata files were transferred to the directory
of data/0-data/. NCEI personnel extracted the longitude and latitude data,
and plotted a sampling station map. Both the generated longitude latitude
file and the sampling station map were saved in the directory of about/.
NCEI personnel also converted the .xls files to .csv, and saved them in
the data/1-data/ directory.

and other 'negotiable' information between NCEI staff and the data provider.
