on February 6, 2020.

Action(s): The original data and metadata files were sent to NCEI as ZIP file
of the data and metadata. The ZIP data file was unzipped and transferred 
to the directory of data/0-data/ after data evaluation. NCEI personnel extracted 
the longitude and latitude data, and plotted a sampling station map. Both the 
generated longitude latitude file and the sampling station map were saved in the 
about/ directory.

and other 'negotiable' information between NCEI staff and the data provider.
