From 1999-2017 the surveyors did not identify Orbicellids to the species level and only provided the total for the Orbicella annularis (complex). That is why for all those years you'll see the Orbicella species data as blanks, meaning those are missing values, not zeros!  Thanks to Sarah Groves, who was evaluating the benthic data file for inclusion in one of her analyses with NRCRMP, I captured one significant error in the O.ann complex data for El Seco 2011 when for once the surveyor provided the O.franksi cover %, but I didn't add it under the O. ann. complex data. All other transects between 1999-2017 should have only the O.ann. complex data and the Orbicella species as blanks. However, since 2018, the surveyors started recording Orbicellids to the species level and those are the transects where you should see both Orbicella species and O.ann complex data. So only since 2018, the double-counting of Orbicella species and the complex can happen if the user is not well aware of this. I made the correction to those columns definitions in the dictionary and fixed the O.ann complex data for El Seco 2011 (attached). I have this detail explained in the PRCRMP Database Report under a "Data Limitations" section. I hope to submit that report to you at NCEI once it is revised by DNER leadership.  Also, other corrections. The site name Black Jack was under the year 2001 in the benthic and fish-inverts abundance data files, but it should be under the year 2004 like in the biomass and size-frequency data files. In the benthic data file, Cibuco (2011) has one transect labeled under the "West" Region and it should be under "North/Northeast" like the others. Attached the data files with those corrections as well. Thanks for all your help, Zach!
