submission package UNH2R4 via Send2NCEI (S2N)on behalf of Bipana Sigdel of
the GRIIDC (Gulf of Mexico Research Initiative and Data Cooperative).

Actions: Madalyn Newman, NCEI, downloaded the data from a FTP server and ran 
Bagit checksums. Madalyn Newman, NCEI, then input data via S2N. An automated 
procedure copied the files from the submission package into this accession. 
A metadata record in ISO 19115-2 XML format was also generated from the 
information provided by the submitter and was copied into this accession.

  NCEI has received the submission information package. The original version of
  this email was sent to Madalyn Newman, US DOC; NOAA; NESDIS; National
  Centers for Environmental Information (NOAA National Centers for
  Environmental Information - NCEI), the submission proxy.
