Dear Alex,

Please find attached the README file for the anthropogenic CO2 data set that I would like to make available through NCEI. The two netcdf files are 153 Mb and 4 Mb respectively, i.e., too large to attach here. Is there a website that I can use to upload the data to you? I also added the data to a Dropbox folder that I just shared with you.

Please take a look and let me know of any other material/information you need. I hope the README is relatively complete and self-explanatory.
