The 10 transects are nested with in the 6 transects so to speak, where as the starting point begins at one of the 6 transects and then a diver swims with transect tape in a random direction from that point. So ideally they are the same coordinates within the 6 however each "fish survey" is repeated so to speak but in different directions stemming from the original 6 transects. 

The GPS coordinates in the submitted metadata file correspond to the each transect coordinates that are missing in the data sheets? Would you like me to resend the files with the coordinates? Saint Thomas's site is slightly different than the rest where we only have one coordinate where all 6 transects stem out from. Most of the other sites have 6 separate transects.
