South Pacific carbon Data to be submitted to OCADS

Dear Alex,

Following the advise of Nicolas Metzl (in cc) from LOCEAN, we would like
to submit the attached data of DIC/AT and complementary parameters in
the western equatorial South Pacific from the OUTPACE cruise (PI: T.
Moutin in cc) to OCADS.

We prepared the dataset and metadata file following the recommendations
on the OCADS website.

This data have been recently published in Biogeosciences:
https://www.biogeosciences.net/15/5221/2018/

I am of course available for any supplementary informations you would
require.

Please let me know if I need to make any additional steps to submit this
dataset.
