Source: Personnel from the NOAA Office of Coast Survey submitted these data
files in a compressed zip file. In addition they provided a file containing
cryptographic digests of each file in the submission.

Actions: NCEI extracted the files from the compressed zip file and then
verified their integrity by recalculating their shasums and comparing them
against those from the submitter.  The compressed zip file was removed after
the integrity of the data files were verified.
