Information about the Clarke Data

General Information

• Profiles have been visually checked so the major errors should be caught. However, no detailed QC has been performed.
• Profile positions are assigned to the first good location provided by Argos.
• Webb / SIO profiling floats were used.
• Information about the float is available in the pcode variables. These include the following. (See the codes list in the documents section.)
  BQA$ - ARGOS positionning accuracy
  CSC1 - the name of the originator of the data
  DDB$ - deployment date
