ICOADS R3.0 IMMA1 version which is available at

Actions: NCEI personnel copied the netCDF data from the ICOADS netCDF folder 
/nodc/projects/tsg/icoads/ and saved the data into the 0-data/ directory of this 
accession.

This directory contains files generated by NCEI with ancillary information
about the data submission.

0162380_lonlat.txt -
  Contains sample locations for these data.  Each row contains the
  geographical position where these data were collected (longitude in the
  left column and latitude in the right column, both in degrees).

0162380_map.jpg -
  Location map for these data.

data/0-data/
This directory contains the ICOADS netCDF data files created at NCEI.

The file naming conventions for files are as follows:
  ICOADS_R3.0.X_YYYY-MM.nc
    R3.0.X: release version number. R3.0.0 is for files from 1662-2014 and R3.0.1 for files from 2015 to present.  
    YYYY: year
    MM: month
    nc - netCDF4 format
