Source: Troy Kanemura submitted data and metadata to NCEI in submission
package ND2U0T via S2N.

Version2.2 - This version of NCEI Accession 0157714 contains a new *.pdf
version of the InPort metadata reecord in the data/1-data/DataDocumentation/
directory.  The data/1-data/ directory is also new, as NCEI staff needed a 
location to store the *.pdf version of the metadata record.

Actions: An automated procedure copied the files from the submission package
into this accession. A metadata record in ISO 19115-2 XML format was also
generated from the information provided by the submitter and was copied into
this accession.  At the request of the data provider, NCEI staff copied two
.xml metadata files into the data/0-data/DataDocumentation/ directory.

  right column, both in degrees).  NCEI may have corrected geographic positions that 
  seemed to be in error when generating this file.  However, NCEI did not change the
  original data files under the directory data/0-data/.
