Source: Troy Kanemura submitted data and metadata to NCEI in submission
package C3M4N4 via S2N.

Actions: An automated procedure copied the files from the submission package
into this accession. A metadata record in ISO 19115-2 XML format was also
generated from the information provided by the submitter and was copied into
this accession.  NCEI staff copied two *.xml metadata files into the 
data/0-data/DataDocumentation directory at the request of the data provider.

Version2.2: This version was created because the title and some of the 
associated metadata seemed misleading about what data was actually included 
within this package.  This package contains only data gathered during
rebreather fish surveys, not open circuit SCUBA.  For this reason, a new 
version was created.  The data provider submitted updated metadata files
which included a new abstract and title as well as other updated information.

  agency information for this data package.

  This file contains email correspondence between NCEI staff and the data 
  provider.  NCEI staff noticed that the title and some of the metadata for

  the data that is in this package.
