Actions: An automated procedure copied the files from the submission package
into this accession. A metadata record in ISO 19115-2 XML format was also
generated from the information provided by the submitter and was copied into
this accession.  NCEI staff replaced the original data file submitted for
this accession with an updated version submitted by the data provider.  
NCEI staff also copied to .xml files to the data/0-data/DataDocumentation/
directory at the request of the data provider.  Finally, NCEI edited the
title of this package for the sake of clarity and uniformity.
