This directory holds the following:

subdirectory codas/
There are subdirectories for each unique sonar-cruise set,
which is given an SACID number sssss, for sets that have
the high resolution shipboard ADCP data in the Common 
Oceanographic Data Analysis System (CODAS) binary format.
0001206v2.3 includes all the original files from 0001206v1.2
plus three additional files: sssss_long.nc, sssss_short.nc,
and sssssv3.nc.  (Note, select 0001206v1.2 sonar-cruise sets
had working files that were inadvertently added.  For
0001206v2.3, these working files were removed).

subdirectory non_codas/
There are subdirectories for each unique sonar-cruise set,
which is given an SACID number sssss, for sets that do not
use CODAS format.  A NetCDF version of the ASCII text 
Standard Subset file is added.  Otherwise, these files are 
unchanged in 0001206v2.3 relative to 0001206v1.2. (Note, 
select 0001206v1.2 sonar-cruise sets had working files that 
were inadvertently added.  For 0001206v2.3, these working 
files were removed).
