The attached zip file contains the 2016 update to the CBIBS  submission, 
S2N ID 7KC2JT, NCEI Accession 0159578. Archive this update with the 
2007-2015 data that was previously submitted.

Please note that a new station, YS/York Spit was deployed in 
July of 2016, replacing the N/Norfolk station which was removed in May 2016.
