Analysis Center (CDIAC) Ocean CO2 web service at
http://cdiac.ornl.gov/ftp/oceans/VOS_TF5_Line/TF5_2015, and accompanying
metadata were downloaded from http://mercury.ornl.gov/metadata/ocean/xml/,
in accordance with the archival submission agreement between NCEI and CDIAC.

Actions:
