Source: Data was requested to be archived by Richard Signell, of USGS Woods 
	Hole. The data files were made available through http and a manifest
	file. 

Actions: Data files were copied from the http site to the 0-data directory. 
	 Each individual data file was then checked against the sha256 hash 
	 digest listed in the manifest file to verify transfer of the files was 
	 successful.

This directory contains files created by NCEI staff, email correspondence,
and other 'negotiable' information between NCEI staff and the data provider.

0156446_lonlat.txt - 
  Contains sample locations for these data.  Each row contains the geographical
  position where these data were collected (longitude in the left column and
  latitude in the right column, both in degrees).  NCEI may have corrected 
  geographic positions that seemed to be in error when generating this file.  
  However, NCEI did not change the original data files under the directory 
  data/0-data/.

  Sample location map for these data.

0-email.txt - 
  E-mail from personnel notifying NCEI that their data is ready for NCEI to 
  harvest.
