We just submitted the 2015 data using S2N. Our reference ID is ERRBH6

As stipulated in the comments, “please grab the files at ftp://ftp.meds-sdmm.dfo-mpo.gc.ca/pub/NODC/rnodc and unzip them. File nomenclature is "yyyymm.zip" where yyyy and mm are observation years and months respectively. For each year-month there are two file formats : CSV and NODC ASCII. CSV only contains some of the fields”
