Actions: An automated procedure copied the files from the submission package
into this accession. A metadata record in ISO 19115-2 XML format was also
generated from the information provided by the submitter and was copied into
this accession. A comma separated value files were extracted from provided
Access database file and copied into /1-data directory by NCEI staff.
The title has been changed from the title in submission confirmation email
to the current title per agreement with data provider.
