------- Original Message -------- Subject: Re: NW Hawaii data request Date: Mon, 24 Nov 2014 13:48:09 -0800 From: Kurt Rosenberger To: CC: Curt Storlazzi Pat I have uploaded our netCDF data from this experiment to your FTP site. I included an excel spreadsheet of the mooring locations (sheet 1) and the specifics about the instruments (sheet2). All of those metadata are in the netCDF files, of course, just thought it would be handy. A note: we use the NOAA/PMEL EPIC convention for naming and file structure for the netCDF files. Time is true Julian day, in two vectors, time and time2, the first being the day, and the second being the time in milliseconds elapsed for the given day. I can give you a function to convert to matlab datenum if that is helpful. On the waves data - there are three files. The '-p.nc' contains the wave statistics as output by Teledyne RDI's Wavesmon. The '-r.cdf' is the raw burst velocity and pressure data from the ADCP, and the '-s.cdf' are the full directional spectra, again from Wavesmon. Let me know if you have any questions Cheers Kurt On Nov 24, 2014, at 11:48 AM, Storlazzi, Curt wrote: > Kurt, > > Please see Pat's link below and let me Pat and I know when you're done.
