S2N system via download by NCEI personnel from the submitter's 
FTP server.

from the information provided by the submitter and was copied into
this accession. The daily and monthly data files were downloaded 
from the submitter's FTP server and copied to the data/0-data/daily/
and data/0-data/monthly/ directories respectively.

Centers for Atmospheric Research (NCEP - NCAR).
