Source: The data producer submitted two files, cDrake_NODC.tar and
cDrake_EDDF2.pdf via FTP. They then sent a replacement file,
cDrake_NODC_updated.tar, to replace cDrake_NODC.tar.

Actions: [copying two data files into the 0-data directory, unpacking cDrake_NODC_updated.tar and deleting it later, coping cDrake_EDDF2.pdf to about directory.]

This directory contains files created by NCEI staff, email correspondence,
and other 'negotiable' information between NCEI staff and the data provider.

0121256_lonlat.txt - 
  Contains sample locations for these data.  Each row contains the geographical
  position where these data were collected (longitude in the left column and
  latitude in the right column, both in degrees).  NCEI may have corrected
  geographic positions that seemed to be in error when generating this file.
  However, NCEI did not change the original data files under the directory
  data/0-data/.

  Sample location map for these data.

0-email.txt - 
  E-mail from personnel notifying NCEI that they sent their data to the NCEI
  via FTP.
