Source: Andree Ramsey of WHOI, on behalf of Fiamma Straneo, submitted a zip file
        to the NODC ftp site and notified that it was ready for archival.

Actions: The file was copied into the 0-data directory of this accession and
         the unzipped; afterwards, the zip file was removed.

This directory contains files created by NODC staff, and email correspondence 
with the data producer.

0123217_lonlat.txt - 
  Contains sample locations for these data.  Each row contains the geographical
  position where these data were collected (longitude in the left column and
  latitude in the right column, both in degrees).  NODC may have corrected 
  geographic positions that seemed to be in error when generating this file.  
  However, NODC did not change the original data files under the directory 
  data/0-data/.

0-email.txt -
  E-mail from personnel notifying NODC that they sent their data to NODC.
  
0123217_EDDF.pdf - 
  Copy of the data producer's Electronic Data Documentation Form (EDDF)

  created by NODC to ensure that this descriptive metadata file has a 
  standard name and is in a standard directory.
