This directory contains the data files as SECOORA submitted them
to NODC. The file naming conventions for these files are as follows: 

organization.platformName.platformType_YYYY_MM_DD_HH.nc
where:
organization -
   The organization that collected the data.
platformName -
  Name of the platform from which the data was collected.
platformType -  (optional)
   Abbreviation for the type of platform which collected the data. 
   If this is not included, the title will follow this format:
   organization.platformName._YYYY_MM_DD_HH.nc
YYYY_MM_DD_HH -
  Year, month, day, hour (24 hour format) when SECOORA generated 
  the file.
nc -
  netCDF file type
