Source: Personnel with the Rolling Deck to Repository (R2R) program at the
Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory (LDEO) made available to NODC these data
and information files in one or more compressed tar files, which, also,
contained BagIt tag files.  In addition, they provided NODC with MD5
checksums for these data and information files.

Actions: After transferring the compressed tar file(s) and MD5 checksum file
for OC415-03_110575_ctd from LDEO, NODC extracted these data and information
files from the compressed tar file(s) and then verified their integrity by
recalculating their MD5 checksums and comparing them against those from
LDEO.  If NODC was able to verify the integrity of the data and information
files, they removed the compressed tar file(s), MD5 checksum file, and BagIt
tag files.

The CTD raw file suite (.hex, .hdr, .con, .xmlcon) were processed using code
from R2R.  The processed files were copied to the 1-data directory.  In some
cases, not all profiles were processed for one of the following reasons: not
all files needed to process the data were present or an error occurred while
processing the profile.
