Hi Katharine,

After some discussion here, I'm going to have to ask that the Hopkins PDF be removed from being distributed. It was a draft, and really shouldn't be considered published. If I find a copy of the final published report, I'll turn that into a PDF and send it over. Sorry about that.

Also, in the journal.txt, it says that 76.txt is ISO 19115 metadata. It's actually FGDC metadata - all of ours are still FGDC.
