Data from NOS stations:
NOS_<NOS ID>_<YYYYMM>_D<DEPLOYMENT NUMBER>_v<VERSION NUMBER>.nc

where NOS = National Ocean Service; <NOS ID> = numeric string used to
identify NOS fixed platforms; <YYYYMM> = numeric year and month that NOS
collected the data; <DEPLOYMENT NUMBER> = NOS defined numeric deployment
number; <VERSION NUMBER> = number of times that NOS has corrected the data
or updated the information in this file, starting with 1; and .nc = netCDF
(version 4 - classic) file extension.
