Hi Chris,

I just put our 2007 time series data on our ftp server with no metadata except
what's inside the netCDF files.  Let me know what you would like for metadata.

To get to our ftp site, do the following:

address a browser window to ftp://ftp.pmel.noaa.gov and login as a guest
 pick folder 'foci'
   pick folder 'dgk'
     pick folder 'for_Chris_Paver'
       drag the file, ts_2007.tar.gz to somewhere on your machine.

Let me know if this works and if you have any questions about the data.
