A standard approach to naming files is used for these FKNMS data and
metadata files: 

Readme.txt contains a summary of project characteristics, including
objectives, background, and methods. 

tblThermographs.csv contains information about the instrument maker and
calibration information. 

tblStations.csv contains information about each station in the dataset,
including station name and identifier, specific station location
information, and other station identifying characteristics. 

FKNMS_stationName_WQDATA.csv files, where 'stationName' is the actual
name of the station, contain the measured data values, in addition to
the time, location and other metadata for each measurement. 

In some cases, the FKNMS_stationName_WQDATA.csv file is also appended
with the start and end dates for the obervations encompassed by that 
data file. These files appear as FKNMS_stationName_WQDATA_startdate-enddate.csv.
