Actions: Data/metadata provided to NODC Hawaii Liaison Patrick Caldwell (PC) 3/28/2012.
Data set prepared for NODC accessioning by PC 5/29-31/2012.
Use AMS to assign new accession and input metadata by PC 6/1/2012.
Data files placed in appropriate directories on /nodc/data/ingest/0090188
by PC on 6/1/2012.
Rename dataset title in simple_metadata.txt and subsequently in
FGDC and ISO XML files on 10/17/2012 via MerMAID.  New FGDC and ISO
files replaced originals.   This was based on advise
from D.Collins 10/12/2012 (title style and XML file unreadable).
